6. The permit holder must ensure that every partnerdriver holds a Class 4C driver’s licence issued by the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec in accordance with the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2).
The permit holder must provide to every partner-driver an identification sticker to be affixed to the automobile used.
